(Insert Geordie accent here) > Day five at East Barnby and the boys dormitory now smells worse than Mr. Tomlinson's socks...
A frantic early morning began with packing-a-plenty, not even the dirty odd socks escaped. All our bags were hauled up to the garages and we began our last day.
Porridge and croissants awaited us for breakfast on the final morning of our East Barnby odyssey...well it awaited the staff, the children had sugar puffs.
Once this was completed we split up into our three groups.
Group one went skiing! Everyone had a go:
Some did better than others:
Group two had the chance to go rock climbing:
Though heights weren't so good for everyone:
Group three went into the woods to make some dens!
Teamwork all round!
So that completed our East Barnby adventure 2010. All that remained was to make sure everyone had a shower before they left...
...hand our waterproofs back in, have lunch and a final chat with our East Barnby teachers. The coach arrived at 1.30pm and we waved bye-bye to an amazing week of fun, challenges, adventure and mud! (And rubber ducks...)
